The Afghanistan Perceivers of Oklahoma is a scion society--or affiliated chapter--of the Baker Street Irregulars (BSI). We are a group of people who "keep green the memory of Sherlock Holmes" through the reading and discussing of the Sherlock Holmes stories, as well as various other events throughout the year. If you love Sherlock Holmes, we would love to meet you! Our meetings are open and no previous Sherlockian experience is required.
The Perceivers meet twice a month through two different divisons (people attend one or both as their time/interest permits): the Brown Bagatelle Club (BBC) and the Central Press Syndicate (CPS). The BBC meets the 3rd Friday of every month at 11:30 AM at Red Lobster (4525 E 51st St, Tulsa), and the CPS meets the 4th Thursday of each month for dinner at 6:30 PM at the White Lion Pub (6927 S. Canton Ave., Tulsa). The BBC features a discussion and a quiz each month. The CPS discusses a story (and other Sherlockian news) at their monthly meeting. There is no cost to attend either meeting except for your own meal.
